Professional Experience

A dynamic and collaborative leader with more than 25 years of management experience, holding senior management positions in LKS Quaero, PCYC and the Business Growth Centre as well as completing major consulting assignments within Australian Local Government that has provided an all-rounded understanding of how organisations operate in the face of disruption or complexity.

Graeme has worked with leaders to develop their ability to think robustly about the future and how they might respond to disruption, by utilising tools such as Lean, Agile, Systems and Design thinking to challenge organisations, and make the chaos of transformation less overwhelming by putting people first in any change process.

Over the last 15 years, Graeme has held senior roles in transformation, innovation, customer experience, product development, market planning, and strategy. Delivering customer-centred solutions via developing capacity building; support for the development of human-centred culture and design new models for organisations to utilise to respond to an uncertain future.
