Professional experience

Scott has over 30 years’ experience in leading and managing transformational change and continuous improvement across a broad range of industries and business areas. Starting his working life in 1987 as a cadet Mechanical Engineer, he has worked in Maintenance Management, Operational Management and then General Management roles. Scott has also held senior management positions in BHP, OneSteel, Hatch, Patrick and Pacific National - working both domestically and abroad. Scott is an experienced maintenance and operations professional, general manager, group facilitator, change agent and mentor.
