Allan has been a Consultant and Partner with LeadCI for the past four years. His extensive background includes 11 years as Director of PCTS Consulting providing management consulting for excellence in business planning, communications and sustainment practices and 23 years of corporate experience at Telstra as an Engineer, Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant and various management roles for Consultancy and Sales Support. Allan also has 27 years experience as an Army officer (part-time) up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and Commanding Officer of an Infantry Battalion, with specialties in Leadership and Management, Planning, Training and Operations Assessment.
